How it works?

The TripBook is added to your travel packages

When an agency books your tour package that includes the TripBook, the application automatically generates a personalized album template with all the itinerary details pre-loaded (routes, map localizations, activities, etc.), brand colours as well as dedicatory. Our team would have configured this once at the beginning with you. The only thing missing are the photos left to be added by the final traveller.

The instructional Pamphlet is sent to the agency to pass onto the traveller

The TripBook is shareable then through an Instructional Pamphlet that includes a QR code and link to cutomize further. This is downloaded and sent over to the agency to be included in “Welcome Packages” either digitally or printed to be included in physically. It has the few instructions needed for the traveller to create the TripBook.

Traveller uploads photos

The traveler choses and uploads their favourite photos to the TripBook in less than 2 minutes. Our system automatically integrates them with the predefined  existing information as well as the metadata from the photos, making the process quick and seamless.

Effortless personalization by the traveller

The traveler can chose to add memorable moments, organize the layout further, or even use smartAI to enhance the descriptions on the application or web version.

The TripBook is generated digitally and physically

In addition to the final digital version, the printed ones arrive within 3-5 days. The TripBook is then passed from hand to hand: family, friends, social media... Every time someone sees it, they relive the experience, prolonging the tour operator's brand and offerings, and generating impact long after the trip.

Your agency’s customized TripBook template is created in the platform

We include your agency details in our platform (including elements such as color configuration, positioning of logo as well as personal dedicatory), generating a unique template that will be used later on by travellers to create their own TripBook. This is shared through an instructional pamphlet.

The instructional Pamphlet is sent to travellers

Your agency’s link with the customized TripBook template is shared as an instructional pamphlet to be included inthe “Welcome Pack” for travellers as a surprise gift, either digitally or physically, including the instructions.

Stylish and high-quality album
